We made it through Christmas and it is only a couple of days until the new year. Everyone I speak to cannot wait until this year ends. We are on a new path with the new vaccine for the Corona virus. Hopefully, we can see the end of the tunnel for the virus, sometime next year. And a big ending is the presidency of the worst president in modern times, donald trump. Next week Congress is supposed to finalize the last step in the Electoral College election of Joe Biden. And, of course, the little man in the White House is trying one more time to sabotage the legality of the election. And he is promising a Washington, D.C. riot in the streets in support of his cause. At this writing, I don’t know how dangerous it will be. But many groups are promising to bring their guns to the protest. And some Republicans are promising to bring the protest inside, too. When the voting goes on, they promise to throw roadblocks into the process. We shall wait and see how this turns out. It is not going to be the peaceful transition that we have had in the past. But, by God, we will have the transition!
On a more personal note, I had my second PET test this morning to find out what, if any changes, have taken place in my body due to my healthy lifestyle. We won’t get the results for another 24 to 48 hours. When I know, you will know. It will be decision time again. So I ask for your warm thoughts and prayers. I am feeing fine; good appetite, sleeping well, content , joyful and productive. I am so grateful to be where I am in my life.
