This is the second day after I received news that my  biopsy showed a diagnosis of Hodgkins Disease.  And I looked at the words chemotherapy and radiation and consciously decided to tuck them away until I meet with the Oncologist, hopefully next week, to find out his opinion.

Why ruin a perfectly beautiful day? Suddenly a light opaque curtain of peace and contentment floated down and covered my entire body  And I realized today was too precious to waste on unknown issues such as treatment.  There will be time to decide to heal naturally or medically or a combination of both.

So I had a perfectly delightful day watering my Orchids and African Violet plants.  Can you tell I love color?  Later by Zoom I participated in Melinda’s Saturday morning Webinar on Focusing.  Then I warmed up a dish of Tofu Scramble with a cup of Miso Soup.  Later in the afternoon, Hansa came over and gave me a massage.  She is going to come back next week and instruct me on how to use a dry brush for the body. Dry brushing is one of those “things” that one can do for a healthy body.

I reached out to friends and family because this time I’m going to surround myself with love and prayers and healing thoughts.  And after sending the previous blog on my diagnosis to all of them, I was really surprised to receive such a great amount of love and support.  How’s that for healing?

As part of my healing family, I contacted Jane and Lino and Gayle and they are ready to support me with their healing recipes and their experience in healing.

I ended this wonderful day by watching with Paul the PGA golf tournament from San Francisco.  Since it was on the West Coast, it wasn’t over until 9:30 our time.  It was a very exciting Event and a perfect way to end my magical day.
